Обзор Bankoff. Как получить иностранную Visa через мессенджер
В сложившейся ситуации постов с решением оплаты в иностранных магазинах и сервисах мало не бывает. Если вы пропустили предыдущие два, то вот первый и второй.
А в этой статье я расскажу про сервис Bankoff, который позволяет выпустить американскую виртуальную Visa через WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram и Instagram*.
Я выпускал карту через Telegram, поэтому именно о таком варианте расскажу ниже.
Как выпустить карту
При первом запуске бот запросит номер вашего телефона, чтобы убедиться, что вы не бот. После чего нужно нажать кнопку Get Card, и Bankoff проведёт вас по всем шагам для выпуска карты.
Нужно будет подтвердить свой номер телефона, адрес email, указать своё имя. И готово! У вас есть все данные новой карты, которые можно использовать при оплате покупок в магазинах.
Как пополнить карту
Bankoff позволяет работать с картой без верификации аккаунта с определёнными ограничениями. Одно из них — сроки попадания денег на счёт. Официально суммы до $200 попадают на счёт сразу, суммы больше — в течение 24 часов. Я пополнял карту на $10, и деньги пришли спустя 48 часов.
Для верификации аккаунта подойдёт любой международный документ. Я верификацию не проходил, поэтому про это рассказать не могу.
Из России единственный способ пополнить карту — криптовалюта. Для этого в боте нажмите кнопку Top-up + и выберите вариант Tether. Затем нужно указать сумму пополнения в долларах и выбрать сеть TRC20 или BEP20.
После чего Bankoff пришлёт номер Tether-кошелька для пополнения. После проведения транзакции пришлите боту hash-код транзакции, и спустя какое-то время деньги окажутся на балансе.
Сервис не берёт комиссию за пополнение карты таким способом.
Где взять крипту для пополнения
Если у вас нет Tether, то это можно легко исправить. На шаге выбора сети выберите пункт TRC20 и получите номер кошелька для пополнения. Я рекомендую выбирать этот пункт, чтобы было меньше проблем на следующих шагах.
Также мой способ пополнения кошелька не единственный возможный и не самый экономичный. Зато он самый простой. Кстати, курс USDT примерно равен курсу доллара США.
Обзавестись нужной криптой можно с карты любого российского банка с помощью обменников. Найти подходящий можно на сайте BestChange.
Здесь в разделе Обменники слева нужно указать направление обмена. Для банковских карт выберите Visa/MasterCard RUB и Tether TRC20 (USDT). Именно Tether TRC20 (USDT), не перепутайте! Или просто перейдите по этой ссылке.
После чего с правой стороны появится список обменников с возможностью фильтрации по необходимым параметрам. По умолчанию включена сортировка — от самого экономного для вас до самого дорогого. То есть самый первый обменник в списке возьмёт минимальную комиссию. Но при этом минимальный объём для обмена денег может превышать необходимый вам. Поэтому выберите тот, где ниже сумма в поле Отдаёте и число От вам подходит.
Сразу скажу, что с вероятностью 99% выбранный вами обменник будет выглядеть как максимально небезопасный сайт, который только и ждёт лохов. Такой вариант никогда нельзя исключать. Но у меня ни разу не было проблем с обменниками, которые числятся в BestChange. Если точно не хотите рисковать, то я обменивал деньги через Sova.
В любом случае процесс выглядит примерно так. Вы выбираете ещё раз направление обмена, указываете сумму в Tether, которую нужно получить, и прочие необходимые данные. В поле Кошелёк для получения (или аналогичном) нужно указать номер кошелька в Bankoff.
После чего обменник даст номер карты, на которую нужно перевести необходимую сумму в рублях.
Обычно в течение 20 минут заявка обрабатывается, и деньги приходят на карту Bankoff. Чтобы не было вопросов, ниже — скриншот моей обработанной заявки.
Скажу честно, что я не до конца доверяю этому боту. В первую очередь из-за того, что деньги на счёт поступили с задержкой 48 часов при обещании моментального пополнения. Мой запрос в техническую поддержку по этому поводу остался без ответа.
С другой стороны, деньги всё-таки пришли, и их можно тратить на покупки в любых магазинах, как с обычной карты. В отличие от Moon, карты Bankoff не имеют срока годности и ограничения по региону оплаты.

Such an unreliable project Bankoff now became really bank off. All my assets got blocked without an notification. Now there’s no option even to contact a support. Just be aware of this project.
P.S. non Russian residents, you too. I have verified my account with Turkish citizenship papers – doesn’t matter anyway blocked

Looks like scam after all
Service recently declared that all accounts have been blocked because of suspension by VISA, the only reply you’ll get is autoreply about the issue. However USDT has nothing to do with it and I can see your funds ~135K USDT has recently been moved from a receiving account to somewhere else. This all looks too fishy.

No refund, no answer, no customer support
I sent money to my Bankoff account. After visa suspended bank’s services, I asked the bank to transfer my money back to my crypto wallet. I didn’t get an answer. I tried to contact them several times already, starting the 3rd of May and still have no answer. My $4500 are somewhere in the bank and the support never gave me any information on what to do, so I guess they are not returning clients money!

SCAM
It’s a pure scam.
After stealing all your money they made up a fictitious excuse that it’s not them who stole the money, it’s VISA payment system.
1. They didn’t provide any evidence that VISA blocked their cards (but they claim that it did without any proof).
2. There is no official statement from VISA payment system regarding this issue.
3. Other people continue using Bankoff cards without any problems (meaning they lied that VISA blocked their cards).
4. Their website continues to operate as usual without any warnings.
It proves that they are just a pure scam. They just stole money from a specific cohort of juicy clients.

I wrote a support request to clarify the reason, but they wrote to me that the wallet address is incorrect, which is not true. Money was suspended, and simply stolen by BankOff. There are no any reply and odder how they can return the funds.
Reason is unknown, just show the some letter from VISA/STRIPE. Why my BOFF account is blocked? Because i’m Russian? This is worst discrimination ever.

My money has been stolen!
I was trying to top-up my bankoff card on April 21, after a few minutes I received an email saying I had to confirm the transaction by attaching a photo of my bank card and a receipt from my bank which card I used to top-up, or the transaction will be cancelled in 48 hours.
I could not confirm the transaction because the card does not exist in plastic so I decided to wait for 48 hours so (as they promised) my money are back on my bank account.
Today is May 3 and I still don’t have access to my money. The support does not answer, neither my emails nor via their telegram bot.
In my eyes they look like absolute scammers trying to silently run away with my money!
