I also asked that recently and I was told Roblox doesnt allow the removal of assets. So you can t remove the Decal yourself, though I suppose you could write the official Roblox ppl an email and ask if they might remove it for you, not sure but that might work 🙂

You can easily delete decals by going to the decal’s page the clicking the the three dots in the upper right corner and selecting the setting «delete». This will delete it from your inventory, but I believe it won’t delete it from other people’s inventories.
